About my business...Real estate is my second profession. I own and operate my business on a part-time basis, working with only a handful of clients at a time. This allows to me to stay focused on my full-time profession while dedicated to a few clients.
My experience...I've practiced real estate for 16 years. I began my part-time career as a realtor working at a discount brokerage before getting my broker license and starting my own business.
My background is in Information Technology (IT). I have a bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems (MIS) from SDSU and began my IT profession as a computer programmer at California Water Service Company (Cal Water) where I've worked for 21 years. After 15 years in IT, I went into Water Quality. I hold a T2 water treatment and D2 water distribution certification from the State Water Resources Control Board (SWRCB).
